Statement Design Features

Abstract

Capable 21C supports a completely customisable invoice/receipt and statement design.  This allows an operator to completely re-design the layout of invoices/receipts and statements.  This knowledgebase article describes some of the more advanced uses of this feature.

Refer to Fundamentals Training for basic information about receipt and statement design.

This knowledgebase article is gradually extended as further functionality and features are added to the invoice/statement design.

Resolution

To have the provider codes for providers print on the invoices and statements beside each invoice line item:

  1. Go to Setup|Setup Stationery and choose the appropriate stationery type.
  2. Right click on the box entitled Services, Item Codes and Prices appear here.
  3. Choose Options.
  4. Change the Special Capable item to be Services, Item Codes, Long Doctor Details and Prices appear.
  5. Click Ok.
  6. Resize the box so that it occupies the same space as it did originally (both height and width).
