If you've got a problem during the Christmas period and you need to get it fixed - we are here to help. Emergency Care is offered to all customers 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri AEST during the Christmas break. You don't need a support contract to access Emergency Care, but fees do apply.

To obtain emergency support, please have your credit card ready to pay the fees, and then SMS the words 'SYSTEM DOWN' to 0400 517 836.  One of our staff will call you back as soon as possible.

Fees:

$264 per incident up to the first hour
$264 per hour thereafter

All Prices include GST where applicable.
