Personal Plan support gives you priority access to technical Support
for 12 months (up to 5 hours). With Personal Plan support you and
your staff can access technical support without having to fuss about
credit card details every time you need to call. A great benefit of
Personal Plan support is that the 5 hours are reduced only by the
time taken to resolve the issue (e.g. a 10 minute call reduces your available time by 10 minutes).
Capable Software Pty Ltd Technical Support
staff are available to provide support 9am-5pm
Monday-Friday, excepting Queensland Public
Holidays, and two weeks over the Christmas
period. Note that Capable Software Pty Ltd
is also closed for the Brisbane Show Day
holiday, which typically occurs on the 2nd or
3rd Wednesday of August.
