by Michael McLeod (nee Girle), who wrote the Capable
21C software program. You can access technical
support by talking to us on the phone, sending
us an email, or visiting our Website. If we need
to, we can even remote control your PC to ensure
a speedy resolution.

Plans (excluding Crisis Care)
are only available to customers whose Live Update
Subscription is current. Remote control is only
possible if you have a broadband internet connection
and Windows XP. Plans do not include on-site support.
While we will assist with technical support issues
not directly involving Capable 21C, we cannot
guarantee to resolve issues not related to our
software products.
